Houseman properties have managed the letting and upkeep of my flat in Pinner for the last 4 years. They have been excellent keeping me up to date with what is happening, providing tax documents and information about repairs and organising legal inspections. The contractual and finance side of the business is also handled very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Stayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.
