Houseman Properties

I cannot fault the service I received one bit. The Houseman team made my moving process stress free from start to finish. From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

Emma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. They have also been super helpful and introduced me to fantastic suppliers to help complete refurbishment works. I couldn't be in better, safer hands.

We had a fantastic experience with Houseman Properties! Emma and Raphael were instrumental in helping us secure a beautiful property in London. They went above and beyond to advocate for us as tenants, and the professionalism in handling paperwork was impressive. Emma's continuous support, from document work to the final check-in, made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking property services in London. They really understand their work and client-side as well.

I stumbled upon Houseman Properties advertising a 2 bed rental property late summer. Arranged a viewing and was astonished it was a 1:1 appointment. Met with Raphael and the tenant for viewing. From this first visit to moving in Raphael & Emma were extremely helpful, professional and detailed. Everything fell into place quickly efficiently and simply. I was supported through out, all my questions quickly followed up and answered and including awkward questions too were dealt with ease. Move-in was made with ease and follow ups were dealt with professionally with a lot of empathy. All matters were just taken care of. Absolutely amazing! Raphael and Emma both make a wonderful team and are professional, friendly respectful of individual needs and very supportive . I would choose Houseman properties again and referred them to my friends and family.! Excellent service! Everything taken care of! Absolutely brilliant service! I highly recommend Raphael & Emma! Thank you!

Have now worked with Raphael for almost 10 years, my experiences have been nothing but good. Pro-active, quick to respond and takes the initiative. A pleasure working with, particularly in direct comparison to some of the alternate companies with whom I have regularly had bad experiences - this has not been the case and will definitely work with Houseman Properties for all my rental/letting needs in the future.

The team at Houseman Properties have always looked after us really well. Thank you for all your help.

I’m just finishing a 7 year tenancy and I wanted to put it out there just how great they are. I have nothing but or aside for their professionalism and anything needed taken care off, it was never a problem. Thankyou Raphael and Emma from myself and my daughterd

I highly recommend!

Could not manage without them. They take all the stress away from dealing with repairs, emergencies and direct contact with the tenants. I highly recommend using Houseman Properties as they are reliable, efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. I have already recommended to friends and family.
