Houseman Properties

Absolutely amazing. Thank you to Emma and Raphael for helping me and my husband find a property in London successfully. They have been amazingly supportive and we are very pleased and are excited to move in soon. Highly recommended agency! 😊 …

Probably the best property management company out there, they use a really good app and provide prompt attention to tenants.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN AND HIS TEAM. We recently purchased a new property and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market very fast. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. We would happily recommend Houseman Properties to any landlord looking to work with a highly experienced company who deliver great service to them and their tenants.

I rented a property from Houseman Properties five years ago and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The property itself was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Emma and Raphael were very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to rent.

myself, as a first time owner in UK, Houseman did a very professional and efficient job for me. I will surely work with them again!!

I’ve been renting through Houseman Properties for 5 years now and I can only say good things about them. They are very helpful every time I have a problem, I never had to wait for more than 2 days for a issue to be resolved. The communication is prompt and quick every time. I am very happy with the services they provide. :)

After 10years in London dealing with different agencies in London, Houseman Properties was the best one we dealt with. Every queries were dealt on the same day or week. We have been really impressed how Emma and Raphael have being so helpful. Thank you again :)

I highly recommend Houseman Properties as ur ace choice in the property market for finding rented flats. Customer friendly approach and fully rennovated, prompt, guaranteed dedicated service are their earmarked features.
