I stumbled upon Houseman Properties advertising a 2 bed rental property late summer. Arranged a viewing and was astonished it was a 1:1 appointment. Met with Raphael and the tenant for viewing. From this first visit to moving in Raphael & Emma were extremely helpful, professional and detailed. Everything fell into place quickly efficiently and simply. I was supported through out, all my questions quickly followed up and answered and including awkward questions too were dealt with ease. Move-in was made with ease and follow ups were dealt with professionally with a lot of empathy. All matters were just taken care of. Absolutely amazing! Raphael and Emma both make a wonderful team and are professional, friendly respectful of individual needs and very supportive . I would choose Houseman properties again and referred them to my friends and family.! Excellent service! Everything taken care of! Absolutely brilliant service! I highly recommend Raphael & Emma! Thank you!
