I never seen anybody so un responsible and weird rude like that.. They should be closed down.. I had the umbelievable experience ever met before, after six months under another agency we've been moved to this ridicoluos elements, wich they never come to our flat to check how it was, also to introduce themselves until the date of our notice, the change was made in November 2017 and we decide to have an open notice period, because I personally contact them and made an appointment to met the manager in charge.. By the way the entered in the house without permission once, no messages or advices, phone calls. Nothing, we where so scared to see this guy entering not even knocking the door, as it was empty.Anyway, the are Disgusting!

I was showed a property on a friday. Even though I confirmed the property by email on the day itself, it was rented out over the weekend citing that the tenant had already paid the money for it. Why did they carried on the deal with me in the first place? Absolutely unprofessional!

Honestly I thought my old agency was bad... this people are the worse of the worst... don’t care about you as soon as they get their money... I don’t even know where to begin with. While they knew I was pregnant they rented me a place full of humidity and that it’s just not right. they said it was cleaned by professionals and it was dirtier then I could possibly explain... holes on the floor full of spiders and different types of bugs Curtains falling on the floor making holes on the walls. It took them weeks to just sort out the boiler. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to sort out the rest of the issues and they couldn’t care less. The landlord lady promises things and then she takes it back... I don’t know who is worse Jordan Fishwick or this lady that is hiding behind them.... I’m sure that it doesn’t matter how many bad reviews we put they won’t change anything because they don’t care... that’s why their reviews and stars are 2 out of 5 but please people make sure YOU don’t trust them and never rent from them. Just because they won’t help you the way an agency supposed to.

Stay away from them! After paying the agency fees I was told I need to pay another £66 for check in fee which was not mentioned to me during the viewing when I explicitly asked a list of all fees for moving in. When I expressed my disappointment I was told that the agent was new in his job and he did a simple mistake forgetting to mention a fee of £66!!! Staff are very rude, with negative and unprofessional attitude. They don't reply to emails either. I'm about to move in in few weeks and they haven't even completed the referencing process. Unsure if I ever move in.

Awful estate agents! Asked us to move out then charged us for an extra week of rent on an empty property. Unhelpful staff, constantly giving wrong information and don't have a clue what's going on!

JF are liars, unresponsive and charge outrageous fees to tenants. Avoid completely as any property let through JF is absolutely not worth it.

Avoid them. Extortionate admin fees, even charged £25 when moving out for a reference fee, and they'll charge you a moving in and out fee too. Additionally, several things went wrong during the renting period, both negligent management and JF breaching the terms of contract on 2 occasions. Unless you're a millionaire and don't plan on spending any time in the property you rent, seriously avoid them.
