Explained my personal circumstances that I am based in North of Scotland and need to absolutely be sure of facts before I end up making the trip for a flat viewing (which btw I was 100% going to go for as it was close to my office etc). Shocking how rude the staff is. Zero level of professionalism. I mean, if you cant handle simple inquires politely over a call in the first instance, I can imagine how the tenants are treated after. Shame as there are two properties listed by JF which I shortlisted but going to make other arrangements now just based off the disappointing call.
