Quick shout out to Joe and Jordan Fishwick - I rent a flat through Jordan Fishwick and called to say the new bed that had recently been delivered was faulty. Joe contacted the contractors quickly and that same afternoon the contractors replaced the faulty bed with a new one! Thanks for your help Joe, very efficient work!! :)

My wife and I have used Jordan Fishwick estate agents twice now. The first time was in 2012 when they found us a buyer for our flat much faster then we expected and then managed the buyers expectations when he started pressing us to complete before we had found a new flat to buy. The second time in 2018 they again found us a buyer in pretty quick time and then really put effort into getting the laid-back buyer and his solicitor over the completion line. I purchased a BTL flat through this office - no issues at all. The staffs are VERY friendly and supportive. I worked in particular with Megan. She is just an amazing agent! Very responsive and knows what she is doing. Moreover, I left the flat with the same office to manage. They could let the flat very quickly and Katie, my contact in the letting office, is doing a great job - very happy with the provided service. Definitely will use Jordan Fishwick in future (I am actually working with the same team to buy another property).

Not sure why the negative reviews but I've always found JF to be one of the most reliable agents out there in terms of turning up on time.
