They have managed the rental of our apartment for 3 years and have just negotiated a new 12 month let. We have always found them to be efficient and responsive to our comments. Their inspection reports are thoroughly documented.

I just thought I would write and say thanks to Jordan Fishwick and specifically Joe Royle for the speedy and efficient way you dealt with arranging all the necessary remedial works whenever necessary. It has really been a nice experience so far.Thank you.

As a tenant you never really know your letting agent until things start to go wrong, which inevitably they will. All lettings agents are quick and efficient at organising you moving in and removing your cash, but whats sets them apart is 2 things. Firstly, once they have our cash how quickly they respond to issues, and secondly, the quality of tradesmen they send to sort the issues. I have been with Jordan Fishwick for nearly 12 months and as expected there has been a couple of things go wrong, washers failing, and a small issue with the flooring and electics. Our queries and requests for help have been dealt with by Oliver, both promptly and with understanding, but more importantly the contractors sent round have all been spot on. There is a huge difference in quality of contractors used by Jordan Fishwick and some of the other Letting agents in and around Manchester. Both Chris the Electrian and the chap that came to fix the washer have been courteous when arriving, have promtly fixed issues and more importantly kept us updated on arrival etc. Oliver has been a pleasure to deal with as a property manager which is not something I ever thought I would say about a property manager after renting a variety of places over the last 10 years. Anything sent direct to him is dealt with quickly. Yes there are niggles, calls to the office sometimes go unactioned, and need prompting, it can be a bit of a panic when you get an email at 5:30pm to tell you that they are arriving for an inspection sometime over the next working day so you cannot arrnage time off, but lets face it no business is perfect and if I have ever had to question things like the above its been dealt with effeciently and without fuss. So all in all, I would be happy to recomend to a friend which I suppose is the benchmark on if a company is ok or not.

Good results for us. Thorough checks by JF meant that first potential clients were stalled. Immediately a new tenant has been found and is ready to go. Important that they are efficient when we live about 40 miles from the property. Email contact is efficient.

I have been using Jordan Fishwick for over 4 years now in my capacity as landlord and with a number of different staff. i've had the odd differences in the past but nothing serious and the guys I deal with currently (Matthew Taylor and Ben Garland) have only given me great and efficient service. Katie has also been helpful over the years and helped me get rid of a problem tenant I had found on my own. They inform me when there is a problem, when the tenants give notice and as soon as they market and receive offers. I have dealt with a number of agencies up and down the country on the rental front and can honestly say this is the best i've had. Keep up the good work! PS I am genuinely surprised to read some of the other negative reviews on here.
