Every 6 months I have my inspection done by Paula Holywell who always makes me feel familiar in a way that is very welcome when you are letting someone roam around your house, a lovely lady who also gets the job done completely efficiently too Emma Smith has been a fantastic help to us when it comes to getting fixtures done at the property, she has responded through our emails quickly and with all the information I need whilst making sure any maintenance issues are being sorted as soon as possible.

Rented my home through Brockenhurst Lettings and Hannah (yes I giggled at that too!) has been professional, helpful and friendly throughout. I know I am welcome to go back to them with any enquiries I may have and had a smooth experience viewing, dealing with the paperwork (seemlessly and electronically) and picking up the keys.

My representative Paula from the Andover branch is a real “trooper.” I have always found her to be very warm and understanding. It is a compliment to your organisation to have a rep who listens. I have never found Paula the kind of person to fob you off. She follows up in a reasonable amount of time with any issues that have been discussed during her inspections. All in all you have a wonderful employee who is a credit to your company.

From my initial inquiry, I really want to emphasise my gratitude for the effort and generosity to the team at Brockenhurst, especially Donna, who I want to give a special shout out. Paula has done our annual inspection twice now and she is very friendly, helpful and listens and notes any maintenance issues however small. It was nice when she commented on how tasteful our choice of furniture and accessories were. Very easy to talk to. A great accolade to Brockenhurst

We rented through Brockenhurst for just over 2 years. At first the service wasn't great with the original lettings team, but then I was put in contact with Paula Holewell. She was brilliant, a very lovely, kind and gentle person who is an asset to the Brockenhurst team. If it wasn't for Paula we probably wouldn't have stayed with Brockenhurst past 6 months. She listened and cared, and got all the issues sorted with the property. It was a joy to see her for inspection every 6 months. When we had our baby she often phoned us to check in on us and to see how the little one was. She's even been in contact since we moved out a few months ago.
