Every 6 months I have my inspection done by Paula Holywell who always makes me feel familiar in a way that is very welcome when you are letting someone roam around your house, a lovely lady who also gets the job done completely efficiently too Emma Smith has been a fantastic help to us when it comes to getting fixtures done at the property, she has responded through our emails quickly and with all the information I need whilst making sure any maintenance issues are being sorted as soon as possible.
