What can I say? The hard work and tenacity of Clare and her team were second to none. Through a protracted and challenging chain they were supportive, they chased down solicitors and other estate agents to provide regular updates. Clare is thoroughly professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brockenhurst in Ludgershall to any prospective property buyer or seller, they were a pleasure to work with.

Having being previously despondent with a previous estate agent on the selling of our house, I changed agent to Brockenhurst. From the onset they were highly professional; clearly motivated and focussed in selling our house. They were frank and honest concerning the realistic selling price set against the housing market trend - this was helpful in getting the house sold after a few months. Selling the house has been a team effort but in particularly the service provided by Karen and Clare has been of the highest quality and commitment.
