We rented through Brockenhurst for just over 2 years. At first the service wasn't great with the original lettings team, but then I was put in contact with Paula Holewell. She was brilliant, a very lovely, kind and gentle person who is an asset to the Brockenhurst team. If it wasn't for Paula we probably wouldn't have stayed with Brockenhurst past 6 months. She listened and cared, and got all the issues sorted with the property. It was a joy to see her for inspection every 6 months. When we had our baby she often phoned us to check in on us and to see how the little one was. She's even been in contact since we moved out a few months ago.
