Although there have been delays in our let, (No fault of agents) we have been kept informed at each step and have now signed the tenancy for our perfect home! She gave me a months notice of the visit, called to confirm the day beforehand and arrived on time to the minute. Paula was very professional, friendly and polite. The inspection progressed without any problems, Paula taking photos where necessary. Paula acknowledged the visit in writing later that day.
