So far we’ve had a fantastic experience with Crystal from Brockenhurst. She was very friendly right from the viewing. Although there have been delays in our let, (No fault of agents) we have been kept informed at each step and have now signed the tenancy for our perfect home! We would definitely recommend the Lettings team.

Paula visits regularly as part of the Brockenhurst inspection/review of rented property. She gave me a months notice of the visit, called to confirm the day beforehand and arrived on time to the minute. Paula was very professional, friendly and polite. The inspection progressed without any problems, Paula taking photos where necessary. Paula acknowledged the visit in writing later that day.

Brockenhurst has been extremely helpful and attentive with setting our minds at ease at the end of our tenancy and answering all manner of questions to help us through the journey. James Griffiths from the Ludgershall branch we have to say is cracking at his job and should be given some sort of award for putting up with us and the bombardment of emails we have sent him over the last few months. He has been very patient and given us the right information we needed to make the situation we were in very smooth and not as stressful as it could have been.

I can't fault the experience i've had with Brockenhurst as a lettings agent, particularly the service provided by Paula who is always super responsive, helpful and reassuringly listens to any problem/issues that arise and deals with it promptly.
