My representative Paula from the Andover branch is a real “trooper.” I have always found her to be very warm and understanding. It is a compliment to your organisation to have a rep who listens. I have never found Paula the kind of person to fob you off. She follows up in a reasonable amount of time with any issues that have been discussed during her inspections.
