Our concerns as first time sellers were made clear to Clare on her visit and we told her communication was the main reason for our decision to use their company. Our house sold within a week and our case was passed onto Jo, our move manager. We heard from her twice once when our house sold and then the day before exchange, and only then because our buyer informed her of the completion date. We feel really let down, the reason we chose Brokenhurst, communication, was the worst part of their service.
