Jessica was amazing from start to finish of the purchase of our new home
I would recommend Newton Fallowell in a heart beat, the team from start to finish have been amazing, keeping us more up to date than our solicitors and really taking alot of the stress away during the process. Simply excellent
We moved house in June and are extremely happy in our new home. I wanted to extend an email of thanks and great appreciation to you and your team, especially Sue, for all that was done to get the sale to complete. Both us and our buyers used the online solution for Estate Agency and I now understand the pitfalls with such an approach. I genuinely believe that without Sue this sale would still not have completed. She was absolutely brilliant throughout. She showed an absolute commitment to progressing the purchase and did so up and down the chain, which I am sure was made much harder due to the “faceless” agents with whom she was trying to communicate. Should we move again I will have no hesitation in using your services because they have proven to be worth every penny and I am sorry you must face such stiff competition from the services we opted for without the the comprehension that if it weren’t for practices like yours sales wouldn’t complete. Please acknowledge our gratitude to Sue, she deserves recognition but I am sure you are aware of this. And thank you for your decency, professionalism and proactive approach to finding us this wonderful home.

Very helpful and professional
Recently bought a property via Newton Fallowell and couldn't be happier about their service and support. They have been very communicative and helped speed up the process along the way. Their assistance made the purchase much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again. We have dealt mainly with Amanda and she did her best and beyond to help and support us.

Best Agent locally
We have moved several times and used different agents each time. Newton Fallowell are a step above the rest without a doubt, Sue kept the chain in tact and provided first class service to us and our buyers. We will use NF again in the future.

Fantastic service by Loughborough branch
I have recently purchased property in Loughborough through Newton Fallowell and sold my previous home (with other agent). I must say that if not for the professionalism and attitude of all ladies at Newton Fallowell that dealt with my case it wouldn’t have happened. Fantastic service
