An Excellent Team
It was a pleasure to deal with the team at Newton Fallowell Hartleys. The photos of the house were excellent.. Viewings were arranged efficiently and there was always prompt feedback and good communication. Many thanks to all but especially Sue Moores who we had the most dealings with..

A massive ‘Thank You’. We were promised a Platinum Service and that is what you delivered. From the outset, we were given a very realistic and competitive valuation which attracted a great deal of interest as soon as our property was marketed. Throughout we were informed by email, telephone or both, of all viewings and subsequently given feedback. Once an offer was accepted, you were in constant contact with both Seller and Purchaser’s solicitors enabling us to be fully aware of the sale progress and to successfully deal with any issues along the way. In all of our dealings, your considerate, conscientious and courteous working method made our property sale far less of an ordeal. We would certainly use your services again and wholeheartedly recommend you to others.

Professional, Proactive and Trustworthy
I can highly recommend Newton Fallowell in Loughborough who gave me complete confidence from the moment they valued my house right until sale completion. I had been very sceptical about using any estate agent but the way NF conducted themselves was impeccable. A special mention has to be made for Sue Moores who pursued and chased the sale chain to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could possibly do so. Sue and the team were a delight to deal with, thank you.

Brilliant
I brought my new home from this agents, they were so helpful to me, they all but mainly Amanda went out of their way to help so I could get my new home, I felt I could phone them at any point and ask them nearly anything and even after moving in they have helped me with a few things, couldn't wish for a better service or supporting in moving thank you

Superb service
Hartleys in Loughborough were the agents for the house we were purchasing. We had some problems with information flow between the developer and our solicitor but Sue & Amanda really went over and above to sort all the issues and enable completion. Absolute stars.

Excellent - Friendly thorough service which goes the extra mile
Newton Fallowell Hartleys are the most efficient, friendly and helpful estate agents we have dealt with. Throughout the buying process they were ready to do everything they could to help us. They were friendly and flexible from the beginning, giving us a same day viewing at short notice; When showing us the house Will also gave a knowledgeable and concise overview of the local house market. When we visited the office there was a genuine welcome and interest in our housing search..Vicki and Sue negotiated really well with the seller and once the purchase was underway they were able to recommend surveyors and helped us find quotes for repair works. The whole service was delivered with a sense of ease and confidence which gave great reassurance and made the whole purchase feel simple and straightforward. Thank you!

Third move with same agent!
Three successful moves and always the same efficient, professional yet friendly service. Valuations accurate and realistic because of excellent knowledge of the local market. Sue always kept us informed and chased other agencies and professionals when necessary. Would recommend this agency wholeheartedly and unreservedly!

Above and beyond
Sue Moores is an absolute star! If any seller wondered what an estate agent does to earn their fee Just as a buyer. I bought a property and was absolutely astounded by how hard sue worked to resolve any issue as they arose and there were a lot! Without Sue's work we would not have bought the house. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional excellent communications can't fault the service in any way.
