Very professional, helpful and proactive
When you're in a long chain, as we were, you need good conveyancing solicitors and estate agents to help keep everything on track. These people certainly put in the work, and I would particularly like to mention Sue Moores, who saved the chain from collapsing when we were almost at the point of exchange. Moving house has been stressful to say the least, but thanks to the team at Newton Fallowell, this was made a lot easier. Thank you.

Absolutely the best by far !!!!!
Used Newton Fallowell as both buyer and seller to keep things simple. Best decision we ever made. The lengths the staff there went to get our purchase and sale over the line exceeded all my expectations and hopes. Sue, the sales manager went above and beyond on several occasions whilst keeping us in the loop on a daily basis. Our property sold within a week. They took care of everything including liasing with the solicitors and our mortgage broker. This is literally a one stop shop. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Have already put friends and family in their direction.

Good Personalised Service
Sue Moores at the Loughborough office did a sterling job for the sale of my property, always updating me and keeping my sprits bouyant with her tenacity of purpose, good advice, and unflagging optimism. .we got there in the end, in spite of a laggardly performance by Moss LLP unfortunately one of the two firms of solicitors with which Newton Fallowell have a special relationship. However inside knowledge of the workings of that outfit possibly helped Sue to nudge things along for me. The recommended P.R intermediary Move With Us was not worth the trouble and I did not think much of the searches for my property purchase which it was their role to undertake. I think you could happily do without their minimal intervention. Thanks again to Sue and the rest of the helpful staff at Newton Fallowell Hartley's, Loughborough.

Great Service and Support
I really can't thank the team at Newton Fallowell Hartleys East Leake office enough for their help and support in selling my property - from my initial contact with Will Pole through to completion. It's not been a straight forward sale for a number of reasons, but Jenny in particular has been an absolute star! She's been friendly, helpful and professional and I wouldn't have got through it all without her. Heidi has picked up the reins when needed, knowing exactly where Jenny had got to. A great team that I can't recommend highly enough.

Newton Fallowell were able to book house viewing for me at short notice. They were again helpful when I put in the offer on the house. If i had any questions I could ring them up and there were able to help me each time.

Brilliant service.
William gave a realistic and achievable valuation of our home which sold in the first week.
