Superb Sevice
We cannot recommend Newton Fallowell Hartleys of Loughborough highly enough following the completion of the sale of our property. The service provided was efficient and friendly and we were kept up to date throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and every telephone call was returned promptly and acted upon. The sale went through very smoothly from start to finish and we are sure we would not have achieved this without their help. A special thanks to Will Pole for his usual expert advice and guidance, and to Amanda and Sue for all their efforts which was greatly appreciated. Superb
The service was exceptional, the team sold my house in three days and negotiated superbly on my behalf ensuring a smooth sale from start to finish. Amanda and Sue kept me fully informed at every step making life easier at what can be a very stressful time. I cannot recommend Newton Fallowell enough.

Efficient and friendly
Valuation was realistic. Advertising was effective. Price for acting as agent was competitive. Viewings were conducted professionally. Received two offers to the asking price after first viewing day. Good advice about dealing with competing offers ethically, and where the bidders were with selling their own properties etc.. Any calls to the office were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. I found Newton Fallowell to be excellent throughout and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient
I can't rate Newton Fallowell Hartley's highly enough. Their knowledge of the market and existing database of buyers, ensured that the sale of our property was not only successful, in a short time frame but also completely pain free. Real customer focus
This team is totally focussed on their customer and their individual needs. They were always one step ahead in terms of thinking about what needed to happen. They were open and honest in managing the sale. I was managing the sale from a distance so they made my life easy by managing as much as possible by email and phone. When one person was off, the team were always up to speed with where the sale was at. I cant recommend this team highly enough,

Superb Service
I recently sold my house through Newton Fallowell and the service i recieved was first class from start to finish. From the first visit i was impressed with the professionalism and their obvious will to work with my requests. Even in the last few days before moving my solicitors were abit slow but the team Amanda in particular work tirelessly to push forward and meet every issues i had head on. In todays era of email everything this company provided a face and personal contact by far the best out there highly recommended.

Purchase of a property in East Leake
From the start of the process i found Newton Fallowell Hartleys-East Leake Branch to be superb. I was updated at all stages of the purchase by helpful staff in particular our agent Jenny Mellors. All staff were informative when required They made the whole process easier than i could have imagined
