We put our house on with Newton Fallowell Hartleys after we had been with another agent who failed to sell it. I must say what a difference between them. We had plenty of viewings and eventually had a successful sale. The whole team were very helpful and very on “ the ball”. Always rang me back when they said they would. Sue at Newton Fallowell was our link person with the purchase of our house. From the moment we met her at the property she was outstandingly helpful. She checked out things we needed to know. She kept us informed of legal matters from the sellers end but most importantly she advised us on how to manage issues with our conveyancing team ( when things were not going so great). All the team at Loughborough were so helpful. It really felt like a very personal relationship- they all knew exactly what was going on.
