The best estate agents in Leicestershire!!!!
We were close to deciding to go with Purple Bricks but selling with Newton Fallowell was the best decision we have made! They not only got us a fantastic price but their support and expertise throughout has made the process virtually stress free. All the staff have been brilliant to work with, esepcially Sue, who has been fantastic. We will definitely use again!

Couldn’t ask for a more helpful team
I am so glad I sold my house with Newton Fallowell, I previously had my house on with another agent who wasn’t very good. The whole team at Newton Fallowell were brilliant so helpful always keeping me informed with the latest information to do with my sale. Mandy especially was brilliant even when I sold my house and had a offer accepted on another house with a different agency she went the extra mile to find out information about that for me. I strongly recommend Newton Fallowell if you are looking to sell your house.

Achieved an excellent price
The team at Newton Fallowell were prompt and clearly understood the local market very well. They managed to elicit multiple offers at and over the asking price to maximise the sale price for the property. Whilst they are certainly not the cheapest, in my view it is worth paying the extra to benefit from a professional team.

Excellent service provided from initial valuation through to completion.
From initial valuation through to completion, I can't fault the service provided by this company. The whole team were both friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They handled the sale of my house seamlessly and achieved a sale at the valuation price within a week of being put on the market. Thank you to the team, I would definitely use them again, highly recommended.

Excellent
I can't speak highly enough of the team. The staff are unbelievably helpful and efficient at what they do. They seem to go above and beyond! Not only do they keep the process moving along efficiently but they like to keep everybody in the loop. What more can you ask for! I would have absolutely no hesitation in using their services when I come to sell my house in years to come.

Amazing service! Jessica Dutton saves the day!
I had a wonderful service with Newton Fallowell who were determined to find me a house even though I was looking for almost a year! (Bit fussy) when I finally found the house I loved and had the offer accepted my estate agent couldn’t have been better, Jessica wasn’t just an estate agent she was also a friend, a counsellor and a solicitor at the best of times. Her patience was fantastic and mediation skills even better! It was a rough ride but Newton Fallowell helped me to sail through, very grateful!

Wonderful hard working team
All the staff in the office are so so helpful and reassuring even when things aren't going to plan. I can't recommend Newton and fallowell enough. Worth every penny. Sold my house within the week after being on with another agent for months prior to that. They were on our chain and on everything straight away. They must of all been sick of my voice by the end but always we ready to chat. The best agent to use if you're not in the know of buying and selling.

Professional thorough service and excellent communication throughout the process
Newton Fallowell Hartley sold my property at the full asking price within 10 days of it going on the market. The process was trouble free and I was kept informed throughout the whole process by the team but in particular, Amanda Chemney. On recommendation Newton Fallowell Hartley sold my elderly parents property a few months later.

Professional, helpful and reliable.
Everyone we dealt with at Newton Fallowell Hartley’s was excellent. They explained everything carefully and in language that a layman could understand.
