Friendly customer service over the phone

Kenan was super helpful throughout our house buying process, and we ended up with somewhere we love at a fair price. I was in regular contact and usually got a quick answer to my questions, even on stuff outside their remit. We even got a courtesy house plant when we picked up the keys! (We have named it Kenan).

Recently bought through Stow Brothers and found them to be very good. Upon finding the property we wished to purchase, our contact Kenan was both friendly and professional, his response times to queries were great and he was always available to assist throughout the buying process.

We rented through Stow Brothers and they were generally excellent from start to end. A couple of issues with communication when reporting issues with the property which is why I can't give the full 5-stars. However I would recommend any home owner/buyer/seller/renter to use Stow!

We had a great experience using the Stow Brothers, as we are first time buyers we were so nervous about every step, but they advised us and helped us with all our needs through the process and have always treated us with great respect. They could've been a bit more contactable sometimes, but they were all nice enough to deal with and we are so happy to have made this huge life purchase using them, we'd recommend them to anyone.

We have been renting with Stow Bros and have had excellent service from them. They are prompt, accommodating and efficient with their service. They are a friendly bunch and always ready to help. We had a boiler that broker and other maintenance issues which were always dealt with as swiftly as possible with good communication between landlord/Stow Bros/Tenant. I would definitely recommend them.

Stow Bros has been managing my property for the past 2.5 years and my review would honestly be A LOT lower were it not for Hanna Dewsnap who came and saved the day after the first year. We had a huge number of problems with the original team when we were emigrating to the US, much of which was exacerbated by terrible communication. We were ready to switch agents and Hanna was offered as our property manager as a last ditch effort to retain us and she has been fantastic since joining the team. Much more communicative and delivers on what she says she will do. Nothing seems too much and has made our experience much better than when we first started.
