We successfully sold our Walthamstow flat with Stow Brothers in 2021. They are very much in keeping with the current hipness of East London, and the sales team were responsive to communications, though not always on exactly the same page when it came to the latest information. We liked that Stow Bros invest significantly in the local area, and give money to local charities if you allow them to put a sign up.

A big thank you to Eva who dealt so charmingly with us during the viewings. And to Claudia and Tiffany for their hard work in keeping the chain together during all the interminable delays. All the stress seems far away and we're in, enjoying our new home despite the unpacking and lockdown.

Poppy has been with us throughout our journey finding our home. Her openness, honesty and flexibility allowed us to find a place we really love. Later in the process Lindsay supported us completing the purchase and like Poppy was always available ensuring everything was done in time.

We just rented out our property through Stow Brothers. Nathan and Jon were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. They addressed all our questions promptly and helped resolved them. We just bought our first home with the Stow Brothers and they were excellent! Claudia, TIffany and Lachlan were consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process. From offer accepted to completion I have absolutely no complaints about their service. On completion day picking up the keys was super easy and they even gave us a little plant as a housewarming gift. The only slight negative was that when we were hunting for our home their viewing policies were quite rigid. I don't know if this was a covid measure or whether the market in Walthamstow was just that busy, but they tended to offer a time slot on one Saturday morning only per property and they'd often book that up 1-2 weeks in advance rather than offering as and when viewings. At the time I was working every other weekend which meant we missed out on viewing quite a few places that looked lovely. That said, we couldn't be happier with where we've ended up! Stow Brothers always seemed to have the best properties in the area we were looking at, which did mean that the offer process was more competitive than we'd expected - but this could just be part of buying in London. Once we found our dream place and had the offer accepted Sammie and the team at Stow were incredibly supportive, professional and helped us complete before the original stamp duty holiday end date. Sammie was a pleasure to work with, always at the other end of the phone and happy to talk us through the process and next steps - would definitely recommend!
