We just bought our first home with the Stow Brothers and they were excellent! Claudia, TIffany and Lachlan were consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process. From offer accepted to completion I have absolutely no complaints about their service. On completion day picking up the keys was super easy and they even gave us a little plant as a housewarming gift. The only slight negative was that when we were hunting for our home their viewing policies were quite rigid. I don't know if this was a covid measure or whether the market in Walthamstow was just that busy, but they tended to offer a time slot on one Saturday morning only per property and they'd often book that up 1-2 weeks in advance rather than offering as and when viewings. At the time I was working every other weekend which meant we missed out on viewing quite a few places that looked lovely. That said, we couldn't be happier with where we've ended up!
