We were buying and selling through Stow Brothers, we went with them because they had a reputation as being more ethical and we certainly found this to be true. Through the whole process they were amazing, even though our situation was quite complex, they were pleasant to deal with and always on hand to answer our (many) questions. Would thoroughly recommend them!

These guys were great. From prepping the sale, handling viewings and bookings to chasing up the chain after bids, Stow were always available and easy to deal with. They are friendly and never hassled or pressured us, always returned our calls promptly and always dealt with us in a relaxed but professional way. If you want a an estate agent who humanizes the scrappy and stressful process of buying or selling property then Stow is a good choice.

Great overall experience selling our house via StoBros and would recommend. Would have preferred serval open days rather than the initial one followed by ad hoc viewings- which was difficult to arrange and prepare for. The end of the process was very positive though. Exceptional service from Claudia Dellapina who supported my partner and I with a very challenging managing agent. Claudia was professional, prompt, tenacious and made us feel like we were her first priority.

Really collaborative and responsive all the way through selling our flat. Lucy was our point of contact and was super helpful!
