Ringley Limited

I purchased my flat through Mackay in 2018 and had a fantastic experience, so when I came to lease it earlier this year it was a no-brainer to go back to them. Rachel was fantastic and helped me through the leasing process which I'd never done before. No question was too stupid and they did everything they could to arrange viewings around my needs. Even now the property is let, they always reply to my emails straight away and are quick to resolve any queries that I have. I simply couldn't recommend them enough.

Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I've been renting with Mackay for the last 6 years... They have looked after me well during this time, dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Rachel has been my contact over the last year or so, she has been very friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this Agent for renting property.

We've been renting a property through Mackay Property for over 5 years and have been extremely happy. We have had no real issues with the property itself and have always been able to speak to friendly staff if we did need anything at all. I feel like they really care about their tenants and so ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Flat inspections are every 6 months and, as someone who suffers from anxiety, I've been nervous about them but I don't feel that anymore as Rachel is lovely. She's friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mackay Property to anyone. 😊

Was a tenant of Mackays for 2 years. Had a few issues along the way but they were dealt with very quickly. Rachael and Gill are both really friendly, lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Mackay were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Rachel was always eager to help. Would recommend.

We have been with Mackay’s now for just over a year and dealing with Rachel Owen has been nothing but a pleasure. She has been very helpful in any situation given.

Went for a meeting with MD. Very well received by the staff and Management of the Company.
