Ludovit and James has been so helpful to me. They show genuine concern towards helping to resolve the issue I had with my hot water. They're indeed the best.

Always seem quite proactive and supporting tenant rights, especially on fire safety rectifications. Estate cleaning is completed regularly to a high standard by Anna at the Langley Square development in Dartford. So overall a good service.

Langley Square Thumbs up for Ana our cleaner in the Duchess! She does amazingly at keeping our block clean and fresh despite the few feral residents that inhabit amongst us. Well done Ana and thank you!

Ringley service has been very good for the year that I have experienced it. With special mention to James and Ludovit who are always exceptionally helpful and gracious. They’ve handled all requests for help with great care and have made my stay at my current flat so much easier.

I am leaving my positive comments about our cleaning lady Narcisa, she is very helpful, polite, cheerful and professional. Our block is clean and beautiful. She is mostly friendly and does her job very well. However, Ringley management needs to improve and step up, hope to see some positive change in the future.

5 stars for Ana, the magnificent cleaner of the Windsor, Langley Square! She's keeping the building clean and surfaces shiny, despite the mud outside or occasional dog accidents. I was also impressed by the maintenance team, who quickly reacted to the car garage being flooded after heavy rain - pumping water out, unblocking the drains clogged with leaves and then setting up a dehumidifier in the communal area to prevent mould. The only bad experience was when the lift broke down - took a few days to fix, but regular email updates helped a bit.

I am a tenant at River Heights and wanted to thank all the concierge for their hard work to keep the place running so smoothly. A special thanks to James and Ludovit who really made it their first priority to organise an engineer to fix my heating system, especially during this terrible cold weather. Had the heating working within 24hrs of letting them know!! I really appreciated their efficiency and eagerness to help solve the issue. Thank you once again.

Reviewing for The Duke Building in Langley Square. Ringley has been managing our property very well and I'm happy with their promptness and expertise in solving any problems. Particularly happy with our block cleaning incharge Narcisa/ Maria who has been so diligent and meticulous to ensure we have a healthy block. She's always eager to help, and always with a smile :)
