I had the best experience with agent Nusha; the whole process took five working days, from viewing to handing the flat keys. Nusha is very supportive and reliable; she responded to all my emails and texts within minutes and answered all my questions. Flat hunting in London is stressful, but she made it easy and assuring.

I had to visit my tenanted flat recently. As my fob was out of date (and the machine to fix it wasn't operational) the concierge took a great deal of time to help me access the block and was very helpful with on site information that I didn't have, not having lived on site. I also found the NGP Parking very helpful when I needed to ask for permission for a large delivery to be parked directly outside the block. I've heard some people grumble about difficulties, but I have received nothing but fantastic service from Ringley and the parking company they use. I'd also like to give a big shout-out to the waking watch security personnel who sit diligently in our buildings helping to maintain safety during this period. They are always very cheerful and helpful with things I don't yet know about. Thanks to everyone who recently helped me.

The team at Langley square work really hard to keep the development looking good all year round. Shout out to Liam, Dan, the gardeners and Maria the emperor block cleaner who always leaves the block looking sparkly clean!

The whole team of concierges in our building is lovely, but I must say that Ludovic, James and Ibe are my favourite! Big thank you to Ludovic for helping us get back our heating and hot water within 1 day, he really pushed our managing agency and got a contractor to fix our boiler asap as it was winter already and we were freezing. James and Ibe are always so nice to chat to even if just a few minutes on our way in or out - guys, it’s so great to see your friendly faces before or after a hard day at work. Keep doing what you’ve been doing, we are lucky to have you all looking after us.

Maria, the cleaner in The Holland building, 178 William Mundy Way is very effective, always on time to clean and leaves the place spotless. She’s very good at her job.
