James and Ludovit are always excellent with helping me out with whatever I need in a timely mannor. They are always very pleasant and polite.

Shai our daily cleaner is great, she's always quick to help if needed, is friendly, approachable and always goes above and beyond to ensure our block is clean and tidy.
