I must say having been a resident for just under a year I am impressed with how clean the building always seems to be. From the entrance to the lifts and hallways it’s clear that time and care had been taken to ensure the cleanliness of our building and for this I am very grateful. Wanted to thank Liam for his excellent customer service and work at Langley Square. Liam makes time for all the residents and can regularly be seen on call outs in the evenings and weekends. Our cleaner Narci in the Earl also deserves a special mention for her cleaning and happy demeanour.

She is very helpful, hard working and always smiling on top of that!!! Sometimes I feel bad to leave the footprints on the freshly swiped floor but she always says GOOD MORNING- not a problem!:) with the big smile 😊 I really appreciate how good she is and the whole team.

Living at Langley Square has been a delightful experience, largely thanks to our wonderful staff. Narcisa, our cleaner, deserves special mention for not only keeping our environment impeccably clean but also for her warm and friendly nature. Her interaction with residents adds a personal touch to our community, making Langley Square feel more like a home than just a residence. In the same vein, Liam, our property manager, has been outstanding in managing the complexities of Langley Square. His approach to the various challenges we face is both professional and effective. Seeing him around the estate, actively involved and always ready to help, reassures us that our home is in good hands. Everyone is very helpful and very nice. Starting from Nusha, we got the flat through her, she was very nice and helpful and till now she is still helping us and she is responsible and responsive. Even the maintenance guys, we had some issues with the toilet and they were off, they were very responsive and solved the problem immediately. Communication is very good between us and them. Dilara is to be highly commended in her sheer professional manner in handling the various property issues that has affected me. The first involved her tactfully contacting me to navigate my husbands car that he bought and was waiting to refurbish for many months, but now the management had received complaints as it was considered an abandoned car. Instead of the heavy handiness I would have expected from management to remove the car, Dilara instead showed sensitivity and allowed sufficient time for the car to be removed. In showing a respectful and courteous approach to my situation, the matter was handled a lot quicker than normal and with very little stress. Also, I asked Dilara to install a door stopper in my hallway as my neighbours children kept banging the door and causing damage on the wall. Dilara attended to the matter very quickly and again was extremely friendly and kept me informed of when it would be installed. Dilara is one of the best assistant property managers I have dealt with in 20 years of living at the Maltings flats. She has a sensible attitude, a respectful attitude to the tenants and she can earn your trust quickly because she gets property issues handled quickly. A++++

Had an emergency callout at one of Ringley's properties where we met Rimini, she was in control of the situation and gave us all the details we needed in order to complete our job to the highest standard. It's very rare you meet someone be at the site working with the contractors and customers in order to reach a satisfactory outcome. Thank you and we look forward to working with you more.
