I have a property at Southpoint and I recently had a complaint regarding receiving a parking ticket for my bay. I had opted out from having my bay being monitored about nearly 2 years ago. I no longer need to display a permit yet I received a ticket yesterday. I contacted my Property Manager Mr Karl Bradley who swiftly contacted the Parking Company and he forwarded my email on. I received a reply today from the parking management who have sincerely apologised and confirmed that my bay has indeed been opted out and that my parking ticket has been waived. I would like to thank Karl Bradley for his swift response in getting this matter resolved quickly.

It was a hassle-free experience of renting an apartment through Ringley Limited. They are very professional and have clear process set which helps. Josh was very helpful throughout the process and guided me and provided clarifications for all my queries. Would highly recommend to work with him.

She is extremely responsive even out of her hours and I am really happy with her service. She is really good at working in a fast moving situation, she does everything really quickly.
