Good rooms, two month notice period is a bit of a pain considering the standard London market notice period is around a month. However, our property manager Jan was amazing, very helpful and efficient and got everything sorted very quickly, best property manager I have had in London.
Really good and efficient service . Thanks to the help of Jasleen Kaurah I have been able to get my deposit back on time and sort everything out really quickly.
Lived in a London shared property for a year. Quite slow to sort things, and the way they'd set up the front door of the building meant that anyone could easily get in. I’m sure they will respond and say “that’s not our fault, people were leaving the door open” but they know well that it was the keypad system. We had a couple of cases of the police being called out to deal with people in the hallways

Maintenance timescales can sometimes depend on third-party contractors, landlord approval, parts and availability, but we appreciate your comments and will continue to look at how we can improve this.
Regarding building access, the communal areas are shared and not solely under London Shared’s control. However, we take resident safety and security seriously and have worked closely with the landlord, contractors and relevant authorities when concerns were raised. We will also continue to review whether anything further can be done to improve security.
