This was my first flat in London, and it was incredibly convenient in terms of transportation and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. I got along very well with my roommates, who were all friendly and welcoming young people. My manager Shay is highly professional; she always responded to my inquiries promptly. The checkout process was smooth and strictly adhered to the contract, with no extra deductions from my deposit. I 100% recommend London Share to any young person coming to London as a reliable place to stay. Many thanks to Shay Forbes for her warm service. I will miss this place.

Our property manager Shannon Sharrocks is brilliant! She’s reliable and professional. She’s attentive, is quick to respond and resolves matters quickly and efficiently whilst keeping the tenants updated throughout the process. Shannon goes above and beyond to ensure matters are done smoothly for the tenants. Having a great property managers makes all the difference when renting in London.

A great place for young professionals. I moved to London for a new job and needed to find a place quickly. They were efficient with the video tours and facilitating tours for me. It has great facilities & felt very safe and secure ! Great to have a gym and shop on the street and close enough to good bus and tube networks.

The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
