London Shared were absolutely fantastic! Eddie and Kate were fantastic in sorting out my move, whilst Josh hosted so many great social events which helped me connect with and feel apart of the London Shared community. Special mention, in particular, to Shay who went above and beyond during my stay. If I’m ever looking for somewhere to live in London again, London Shared will be my first point of call.

I stayed in a London Shared property for 1½ years and can say this was the best landlord/property management company I’ve experienced to date. The property was well managed, and any queries or issues were handled professionally and efficiently. A particular thank you to Tiaan Smith, our property manager, who was consistently attentive, helpful and responsive in every interaction. His approach made the whole experience very positive. I would happily recommend the company to others.

For 18 months , I was a Tenant in a property managed by Shayna Forbes from London shared. Shayna was very helpful throughout my tenancy period. Shayna provided great support with all the issues I raised and deployed maintenance teams when needed. I appreciated the professionalism and commitment that Shayna Showed.

The sale was managed very professionally, with excellent communication at every stage. Given the circumstances, it was important that the property was sold as quickly as possible, and the team worked tirelessly to ensure this outcome. Joshua was able to provide a lovely room for my daughter in a great area of London at very short notice. From the outset, he was polite, professional, and friendly, and met us promptly to help everything move forward. The paperwork and referencing were handled efficiently, and the whole process was completed in under 72 hours, resulting in my daughter securing a really nice room with minimal stress. I would highly recommend Joshua to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and professional service.
