I’ve lived in London Shared properties for over 3 years having moved to London. They are some of the best properties you could wish for in a house share. The all inclusive bills and one consistent monthly payment made management very easy.
Their maintenance team are friendly, responsive and go the extra mile to help.
My property manager Devon was a huge help and always tried his best to help if anything needed attention.

I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach.
She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards.
Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time.
Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after.
Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

I’ve been a tenant with London Shared for just under two weeks now, and they’ve already made a really good first impression on me. They’re very responsive and on the ball with both maintenance and communication. In particular, my property manager Gareth has been great. We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to.
Tenants
For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
