Nasima our property manager is very helpful and extremely responsive. So far every issue I have had with our flat has been dealt with in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

London Shared's employees are really friendly and always ready to help with all issues that arise with flat maintenance. Shay Forbes has always been quick to answer, attentive and helping, she knows how to organise work efficiently and manage subcontractors, employees and workers. Harriet Warren and Matthew Skorpen have always been very helpful and friendly, and also great organisers of building social events. We had quite a lot of maintenance issues, and above team did their best to help with everything.

Must say a big thank you to Wilman Grobler! Im currently one of the tenant with London shared over the past two years and half. Also used London shared back in 2013 when I first moved to London. Wilman is a dedicated property manager, who really shows great understanding and care. He always makes prompt response when needed and resolve the issue with professional manner. Wilman has been brilliant and been incredibly attentive and understanding during my tenancy. No issue was too small or too big and everything was sorted in a prompt manner.
