Really great experience so far. Flat & flatmates are great. Building is very modern and expansive. Great open terraces. Gym is good but needs more equipment. Some elements of the building's security needs attention but overall very good environment. Building manager Harriet does a great job attending to the needs of those living here.

Craig was my property manager and was great. She was incredibly fast at responding and keeping in good contact with me and my other housemates. She sorted everything for me when leaving the tenancy. Highly recommend.

London Shared has been amazing. I only moved to London 6 months ago, and London shared managed to work with me on finding out the best fit house. It worked out so well that I actually ended up becoming such good friends with my new housemates in such a short period of time, that we can see us living together for a long time. The move in process was seamless and they’re very responsive. Craig Nyman, our property manager, has been such good help! Prompt replies, gets anything sorted that we need, and is super flexible to make sure that your living situation is as convenient as possible. Can’t recommend LS enough!

I have been renting with LondonShared for around 6months. The company and staff are great. My experience has been one contrasting to bad landlords across London - they are responsive to issues, attentive with viewings and changes needed and overall manage the property well. Special shout out to our property manager Craig.

Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
