I first started renting originally with Lyvly in 2019 which then was aquired by London Shared in 2022/3. The team here made the transition seeamless, and minimised the impact on residents. Throughout my time they have been highly professional, super responsive and very positive and pleasant to deal with. Tiaan specifically as a relationship manager and Jan as a point of contact have been both brilliant, and i'm sad to be leaving a very effective and professional agency.

Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week.
