Really happy with the viewing process! Signing tenancy documents, and completing references was a quick and easy process too. Took the pain away from what can be a tedious and messy process: finding a place to rent! Patrick and Chris were both a great help in showing me the right house that aligned to my preferences. Patrick and my Property Manager Zahraa were brilliant when I needed to close out my contract. They filled my room vacancy really quickly, and ensured my deposit was returned in a timely manner. Positive experience renting with London Shared! Our property manager, Sam, has been fantastic and responds to any queries so promptly. Great property and met some wonderful like-minded flatmates. All of the bills are included in the rent and friendly regular cleaners make my life so much easier. The service I have received from London Shared is exceptional, would recommend to anyone 😊
London shared provided me with a lovely home and a spacious room. Our property manager Lize made our stay extremely relaxed and was there whenever we needed her.
