I have been using London Shared from 2014 to 2018 (I left because I moved to other country). The best service I have used to rent a room so far. Their staff is very helpful, no hidden commissions, all included, very professionals. Special mention to Samuel Ing, always there to solve any question/problem I had, very fast response and professional guy. If you are looking for a room, don't hesitate, check them out!!

I've now lived in a few different London Shared properties and the houses are all amazing. I've met lots of my current friends by living with them and I've never had any issues with a housemate. Communal areas get cleaned and you rarely share a bathroom with more than 1 other person really. Sam was super helpful and showed me around a bunch of places and got me something with an easy commute to my work which is perfect. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend London Shared. The properties are above and beyond regular house share standards, in great locations. Their letting agents are friendly and helpful during the contract process. Our property coordinator Esther is amazing at responding quickly and finding a solution, as well as communicating with everyone. Maintenance could be more proactive - decorating, deep cleaning, replacing items, but all in all, the houses are lovely and I've met some great people!

London Shared provides a wonderful service. The property manager, Sam, is very responsive, helpful and so incredibly polite regardless of how urgent the matters might. I had been searching for a room to rent in London for weeks with no luck, when a friend recommended I use London Shared. The standard of rooms and properties that London Shared offer are really high, and thus far the company have been great to work with! Olivia, who is so lovely and helpful, took me on a tour of a few properties and we ended up securing myself a room within 40 minutes of meeting!

London Shared has absolutely stunning houses that are kept to a very high standard. The process of applying and eventually signing the contract for the room I currently live in was seamless and painless, as the London Shared team quickly responded to all my queries and was also very flexible, which is rare to find nowadays! Our property manager, Saba, has always gone above and beyond to help and promptly sorts out any issues that pop up around the house. Having been a London Shared tenant for almost a year, I recommend them!
