My time with London Shared was great in a lovely house with a group of well matched housemates. Lize has been so helpful over the past year, managing all our requests so quickly and effectively which was particularly difficult during COVID times with 6 people working from home on the WiFi! Probably one of the best estate agents out there for young people in house shares. Sorted everything quickly at the start, Sam was very responsive to any maintenance issues and refunded my deposit quickly at the end. The way they prorate rent means you could get stung for another £20 or so at the end, even though this isn't written in the contract, but it's made up for by the rest of the service. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with LondonShared. My room was exactly as advertised and the whole moving process was very simple and stress-free. Zahraa has been exceptionally helpful with facilitating repairs and replacements where necessary including having my whole bed (including mattress) replaced upon request. She's dealt with all requests quickly and effectively even with the added issue of the pandemic - very grateful for all her help.

HI, Just want to share the great experience so far I had with Lize. Moved to a new flat 2 weeks ago and due to the mattress wasnt comfortable enough, she quickly sort one for me to ensure I could get my sleep back. Living at Sugden Rd with Zahraa as my property manger has been excellent. Whenever there is issue with the property there has been prompt resolution of these. Most recently we experienced problems with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms. In a matter of 24 hours we had someone out resolving the problem and now have a perfect working property.

As contractors we are very happy to work with the London shared team especially with Lize and Saba. These ladies are always very nice and it's super easy to work with them.

The Property Manager, Zahraa, and London Shared have been great throughout my tenancy. The maintenance of the house was kept to a great standard and any issues were dealt with promptly.
