Florence is excellent, very responsive and I had great experience viewing rooms/houses with her. Very organise and understanding. We are still continuing the search for the 'one' and I'm 100% confident I'll find the right one soon with the help of Florence. The London Shared website is always up to date and very detailed. I really like the 3D floor plans, so useful and their Instagram page is pretty cool too.

London Shared are a great rental agency. Our property manager Lize is on the ball and proactive in raising issues we need to attend to and also very responsive in fixing up even the smallest of repairs. Outside of that you get to enjoy the lovely properties they have in their portfolio!

Very easy to work with compared to other leasing agencies I've been through. The staff are friendly and responsive. Most issues were responded to quickly and effectively. When we did have a problem with a recurring contractor that was favoured by the landlord, they took our feedback and we did not see him again. They made an effort to bring in new housemates that would mesh well with the current tenants. I made a lot of close friends through out my time in the flat. I highly recommend them and will be looking them up if I"m ever in southwest London again.

London Shared have been great during my three years at their managed properties but special mention must go to my most recent property manger Lize who has been nothing short of exceptional over the past 12 months. Nothing has ever been to much trouble (even when the tasks must often seem thankless) and she has always kept tenants updated when necessary. London Shared are lucky to have her! P.S - Carpets are my only complaint. Both houses I lived in with LS need a proper professional carpet clean.

Great experience with London Shared. Jack's a great lad and was very personable when showing me around the properties. He was informative and engaging throughout and the follow up (currently in progress) is great as I can drop him a text and I get a pretty swift reply. Would recommend him and London Shares to anyone new to the city or looking to move within.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with London shared. Everything was perfect from a Lettings, admin and property management perspective. Sam Ing our property manager dealt with any problems I had quickly and professionally. Kate and Sam were also brilliant from a lettings perspective. Cannot recommend them enough and significantly better than my experiences to date with any other agents. You can rely on your property manager to support you throughout your tenancy.
