Easy, stress free way of finding a room to rent in London. Moving from a different country was daunting enough without the added stress of finding accommodation. London Shared staff are super helpful when deciding on a property, and even after i moved in, Sam, my property manager was professional and always ready to assist.

It will be 2 years soon I am renting with London Shared and so far so good. Sam our property manager always gets back on any issues reported and gets them fixed.

Always really quick and timely replies from Lize, great communication and majority of the time issues are sorted really quickly, e.g I complained about a creaky old bed frame and it was replaced within 24hrs!

I would like to give a shout out to our property manager Zahraa (Leppoc Road). Our hot water and heating stopped working late last Friday afternoon and she responded within minutes and had a plumber attend the property within hours.
