Laura from London Shared was very organised, efficient and personable. She instructed us on all the steps we needed to take in order to get our house ready for tenants and was happy to finalise everything for us when we left for Australia. Now we are dealing with Sam and Lize who are in charge of maintenance etc, and they are equally as efficient and we feel our property is in excellent hands.

Enjoyed two years as a London shared tenant. Sam ensured he always responded and resolved any issues or questions as quickly as possible which made living in a share house super seamless! Life savers! Was literally on my knees at the end of my property search but london shared sorted me the best place ever and it was so easy! Sam was super honest and helpful, easy to contact and didn’t waste my time like most agents I’d come across. The way the company work is so great because it takes all of the bitty stuff out of the equation and all you have to do is pay the rent.
