London Shared (And Sam) was an absolute treat to deal with during my tenancy. In previous places I've been, I've always found the relevant agency very stingy when it comes to addressing issues, like trying to draw blood from a stone. This was not the case at all with Sam and London Shared. All maintenance reported was addressed within a few days, all queries responded to in a timely manner, and I never felt like there were any ulterior motives behind anything. I found them very honest and very efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them!

I had a great experience viewing rooms in London with London Shared. From the minute I first corresponded with Sam Mattock on email, all the way through to the house viewings and signing of the room, the service was professional and of the highest quality. He took all the difficulty out of the room hunt and helped me secure a room on the same day that we did our viewing. I also liked the text correspondence and on the go assistance that I received throughout the contract process. 5 stars!

Easy, stress free way of finding a room to rent in London. Moving from a different country was daunting enough without the added stress of finding accommodation. London Shared staff are super helpful when deciding on a property, and even after i moved in, Sam, my property manager was professional and always ready to assist.

Great experience over 4 years. Paying the same amount every month with no mental accountancy of bills is a valuable service, likely underrated until experienced. I have dealt with many service desks throughout my career and I continue to be impressed by Sam Ing and Lize Van den Heever's 'Time to Response' and 'Time to Resolution'. They are very conscientious, for example providing detailed handover notes to colleagues before annual leave, who have also been a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to give a shout out to our property manager Zahraa (Leppoc Road). Our hot water and heating stopped working late last Friday afternoon and she responded within minutes and had a plumber attend the property within hours. I had a great experience with London Shared . Thanks to Patrick Willis I found my room very quickly. He was great at listening what I am looking for and I couldn't have wished for more, got all the help I needed and all my questions were answered promtly and with patience .

It will be 2 years soon I am renting with London Shared and so far so good. Sam our property manager always gets back on any issues reported and gets them fixed.

Always really quick and timely replies from Lize, great communication and majority of the time issues are sorted really quickly, e.g I complained about a creaky old bed frame and it was replaced within 24hrs!
