Saba is great, always very responsive and solution-oriented! What a relief is to have someone sorting out the property-related issues for you (especially when you work really long hours and don't have time for anything!).

Great experience over 4 years. Paying the same amount every month with no mental accountancy of bills is a valuable service, likely underrated until experienced. I have dealt with many service desks throughout my career and I continue to be impressed by Sam Ing and Lize Van den Heever's 'Time to Response' and 'Time to Resolution'. They are very conscientious, for example providing detailed handover notes to colleagues before annual leave, who have also been a pleasure to deal with.

While there are plenty of testimonials available on their accommodation portfolio out there, I would like to particularly highlight the level of service these guys are running and how much effort they put in retaining their existing tenants. If anyone has rented elsewhere in London before, they wouldn't be stranger to the typical agency gimmicks around maintenance. Zahraa Gradidge , property manager who not only was quick on responding to any issues reported (can expect a reply within same day if not few hours) but would action the fixing asap regardless the urgency of the matter and keep you posted with the status. so you could pretty much report and forget and Zahraa would get it sorted. Additionally Zahraa genuinely tries that the tenant doesn't take a hit for the cost unless it's very clear that tenant is contractually obliged to do so which is so different from what I have experienced previously renting via agencies who tend to enjoy playing the blame game. Thank you for getting things sorted so quick Zahraa, much appreciated !

For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
