Any small issues we have are sorted out straight away with no quibbles. Zahraa is always around to answer questions we may have as a household and provides a stellar service at all times. While there are plenty of testimonials available on their accommodation portfolio out there, I would like to particularly highlight the level of service these guys are running and how much effort they put in retaining their existing tenants. If anyone has rented elsewhere in London before, they wouldn't be stranger to the typical agency gimmicks around maintenance. Zahraa Gradidge , property manager who not only was quick on responding to any issues reported (can expect a reply within same day if not few hours) but would action the fixing asap regardless the urgency of the matter and keep you posted with the status. so you could pretty much report and forget and Zahraa would get it sorted. Additionally Zahraa genuinely tries that the tenant doesn't take a hit for the cost unless it's very clear that tenant is contractually obliged to do so which is so different from what I have experienced previously renting via agencies who tend to enjoy playing the blame game. Thank you for getting things sorted so quick Zahraa, much appreciated !

Lize and her team have been so helpful sorting every work we needed done in our house. Not to say that they weren't just helpful but also fast, literally, some of it took it less than 48 hours to be dealt with. Nothing less than a huge thanks to her and all the London Shared team for making our home a better fit to us every day!

Lize and her team were very helpful during my two year stay with London Shared. They are very professional and made moving to London as stress free as possible. Every issue raised was dealt with quickly and in a benevolent manner. The houses are kept in great condition and it was a tough decision to move out!
