Always reliable and communicative. Have rented my flat out with location location for some years now and really happy with the property management team and also the initial rental process was really great. I can’t imagine getting much better service elsewhere

My partner and I worked with Tim to find our first home, and he was genuinely exceptional! Over the course of viewing more than 30 flats and meeting around 20 different agents, Tim stood out immediately. We viewed five properties through him, including one for which we made an offer. He guided us through making our first offer, kept us updated at every stage, and handled the disappointment of being outbid with real care. Even after that, Tim consistently went above and beyond - sending us properties before they hit the market, sometimes even before photos were available! He was never pushy or sales-driven; instead, it genuinely felt like he was invested in the search alongside us (which can't be said for any of the other agents we met). Although we ended up purchasing a flat listed with another agency, Tim continued to offer advice and was always happy to answer questions. This home is our “starter” home, and when the time comes to sell, our first call will absolutely be to Tim and Location Location. I truly cannot recommend Tim enough!

Tim has been an excellent agent to work with so far. Even though I haven’t found my home yet, I already feel in very good hands: he is warm, professional, a great communicator and always keeps me updated, which makes the whole process feel much less stressful.
