Kristina was very helpful and patient and listen to our needs. Also did not rush is into making a decision and held of advertising until we had decided. Very impressed. My partner and I worked with Tim to find our first home, and he was genuinely exceptional! Over the course of viewing more than 30 flats and meeting around 20 different agents, Tim stood out immediately. We viewed five properties through him, including one for which we made an offer. He guided us through making our first offer, kept us updated at every stage, and handled the disappointment of being outbid with real care. Even after that, Tim consistently went above and beyond - sending us properties before they hit the market, sometimes even before photos were available! He was never pushy or sales-driven; instead, it genuinely felt like he was invested in the search alongside us (which can't be said for any of the other agents we met). Although we ended up purchasing a flat listed with another agency, Tim continued to offer advice and was always happy to answer questions. This home is our “starter” home, and when the time comes to sell, our first call will absolutely be to Tim and Location Location. I truly cannot recommend Tim enough!
