Constantly sending any off market properties he knew would fit my criteria and I really felt he understood what I was looking for. I sold my flat with Location Location and Drew recently. They’re nice and friendly to deal with and provide solid advice. Overall on the sales side it was a good experience and they were particularly useful during the later stages with Lauretta helping to move things along. I’d have liked it if they’d been more proactive at notifying us of new instructions that might be of interest as we were also looking to buy in the area. There were also a few additional costs in the sign up process that I don’t think are appropriate. My only other criticism is that a few of my questions didn’t receive an answer, particularly where I was asking for advice on my onwards purchase.
