Our property manager, Megan, took care of everything when it came to repairing the faulty thermostatic flow cartridge in the bath/shower mixer to resolve the issue of water continuously dripping from both the shower head and bath tap. Considering we are in a different timezone, having that extra support put our minds at ease.
