Location Location - Stoke Newington

The team at Location Location helped me find and go through the process of purchasing my first flat. Of all the estate agents I dealt with they took the time to explain things in detail and were prompt and professional throughout all steps of the process. Above all they actually seemed to care, which I think is something lacking most other places you will try. Amanda and Pantelis were brilliant and I want to thank them again for their tireless work helping me complete.

We recently used Location Location Stoke Newington for our flat sale, and would definitely recommend the wider team and Hannah, who first took on our home. We felt really supported throughout the whole process, and having a Sales Progressor was a real bonus as Amanda checked in at least weekly to keep pushing the whole thing along.

From the listing agent Maya to the property manager Anjali, Location Location has been amazing to work with in finding our next home (renting). Maya was prompt and responsive for property viewings and was very personable as she worked to find us a great listing when our first option fell through. Anjali is the property manager and she is very friendly and helpful. LL is a modern agency that makes everything easy and simple. They even left us a goodie bag upon arrival at our new flat– complete with Covid-friendly products and snacks! Big thanks to the LL team.

Great experience with Location Location - the team is very friendly and efficient. We had great communication throughout the sale of our flat (in particular, thanks to Amanda who was an incredible sales progressor) Would recommend if you’re thinking of selling a house in N16.

Great team at Location Location and having used them before did not hesitate to contact them again. Adam pretty much managed everything from first contact including getting a number of repairs done and some long overdue decorating. These were completed to a high standard. The house was snapped up almost immediately and paperwork has been hassle free.

Maya showed us round our new flat and was super professional and very responsive to any queries we had ! Also went out of her way to let my partner and I view the property again ! Was lovely and reassuring about the whole process and made it all extremely easy !

Lived in a property managed by Location Location for 20 months and could not have been happier! Anjali was the property manager; she was great and really responsive. Vacating the property was also made very easy thanks to her great service. Would highly recommend!

I work with Anjali as she looks after my two properties I rent through Location Location. She is friendly and very efficient. No problem phases her and she gets things sorted quickly!

David & Maya have been extraordinary! We had a tough request for a family rental and they persevered and found us a terrific house. Highly recommend Location Location. Thanks David & Maya! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 …
