Location Location - Stoke Newington

Haven’t sold or rented anything with them but my meeting with Anna Takkou makes me wish we had. She seemed extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair when advising us on our Stoke Newington house.

Using Location Location has been one of the few positive experiences of using an estate agent I've ever had, having been renting in London for several years. Maya was great in guiding us through the process from viewing to moving in. Everything was clear and upfront with minimal stress which was really nice. Would recommend

Location, Location made the stressful process of moving as easy as it could be. Maya was helpful when it came to helping us tailor a successful offer and the properties they have on their books were always more appealing than their competitors. When we moved in we had a welcome package waiting for us which was a lovely touch. They have been very responsive to emails and the referencing process was not as administratively complex as it has been in the past.

I cannot recommend this agent highly enough. They provided exceptional service from start to finish. Hannah offered excellent advice regarding the marketing of our property and it subsequently sold within 10 days. The sale was then passed on to Amanda, a progressor who got the sale through within the busy June stamp duty holiday deadline. Our solicitor advised us that had it not been for Amanda the sale probably wouldn't have gone through at all. She also commented that Amanda has been the best progressor she has ever dealt with. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Location location marketed my property really well (great photos too). And were responsive and helpful with communications throughout. Lauretta especially was great at tirelessly working to get to the point of exchange when we had complications. Thanks location location!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

Had a great experience being shown around the property with Emily. She was thorough and well prepared. Also with great communication throughout the process. Pantelis was a great help with the initial process too. Finally, Lauretta really sped along the actual sale and kept us in the loop with all the changes. Very happy with everyone overall.

I had a great experience of working with Location Location. As a first time buyer I'd already had a number of negative experiences working with estate agents when I came across a flat in Hackney being marketed by Location Location - fortunately LL were engaged and good to work with throughout the whole process. Pantelis & Drew were very responsive in organising viewings and were helpful and transparent throughout the offer process, as were Lauretta and the rest of the team in helping push the process to completion. I'd definitely recommend Location Location to anyone looking to buy/sell in Hackney, Stoke Newington and nearby.

I had a great experience with Location Location in Stoke Newington when buying my flat. Always felt that they were being fair, transparent and responsive. Pantelis and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Anna & Amanda were brilliant to work with. Through-out the sale process both provided me open communication to the various stakeholders and were on hand through-out the entire sale. I'm extremely happy with the level of service, attention to detail and management that L&L provided. I would highly recommend.
