I had heard that buying/selling a property is high on the stress list...and it is! Especially if you're a property sales virgin like myself. That's why its important to get a good knowledgeable agent from the outset. A team of people who really do know the property market and know their clients, (both buyers and sellers). Thanks to all the staff (from director to sales executive) at LocationLocation, the positive energy of the whole team, I achieved the sale of my flat shortly after launch and they remained helpful throughout the process right through to completion. Again as a bit of a greenhorn at all this, what more can you want than someone approachable, positive, helpful and reassuring. Result! On a personal level I'd also like to add one further vote of thanks to everyone at Location for the sales result because it has helped me get a move on toward opening a new and exciting chapter in my future. They know what I mean.... I'd definitely recommend them.

I found Location/Location a pleasure to work with. I would give them a five star rating. They have a straightforward approach to their work. The Managing Director Vicky Bibiris was very clear in explaining there approach to selling properties and how they arrived at a valuation for any given property. She seemed very confident in Locations methods. After the initial meeting I was supplied with a very good set of photo- graphs which I was able to view with Donna Levy their client coordinator who following my recommendations put them on line. The sales team then went into action and very soon prospective buyers were viewing my property, followed up by feedback after the viewings by either Tim Kearney, Anna Takkou or Hanna Scott the sales consultants. There was someone available to discuss the progress of your sale, or to help with any problem you might have. Messages were always passed on and people would always get back to you ASAP. Lauretta Caulfield was assigned to me to help with my sale. She was very supportive and helped a great deal when the first prospective buyer dropped out near completion. There was no delay between losing one buyer and starting to find another. What can take the time is the paper work and answering the solicitors request for information about your property. Here again Location were excellent, all my requests were attended to and nothing was a problem. With every bodies help we finally made completion. Thank you Location/Location. We actually ended up moving into the first flat we saw with them as everything was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and all our questions answered. Donna in particular went the extra mile for us, meeting us on her day off and helping us measure for furniture. Plus we received a really nice and helpful welcome box! Thank you.

I rented out my home through Location Location for two years, and have been very happy with the service provided - particularly by Will Thacker, who has been my main point of contact throughout the let, and Adam Wetenhall, who set the whole thing up. What impressed me was the sense that Will genuinely cared about everyone involved in the let. What could have been stressful situations were handled with tact and understanding. We have recently rented a house with Location Location. First of all, I have to say we are usually very sceptical of estate agents. Our previous experiences tell us they generally just want to shove you the houses they have available and do not really care about you as a customer. Especially after you've rented the house! This was the FIRST TIME that we found an attentive, and caring agent - Donna has been beyond incredible, we probably rented the house faster because of her! She heard all our requests and our (long) wishlist and managed to find us a house that ticked all the boxes! As with every house you rent, there are always problems to solve and both Donna and Will have been incredibly helpful! They respond quickly, and are genuinely concerned about our living situation and if we're settling in properly and comfortably. We literally have nothing bad to point out, it's been a very smooth process using Location Location. And we're really happy with Donna, she's been a superstar! Definitely using them again whenever we'd like to move!
