Location Location - Stoke Newington

Location Location were excellent and I highly recommend them to anybody buying or selling a property. We sold our flat through them. The sale was quick and painless and we got a great price. Peter and Lauretta were helpful and efficient throughout. Really good service.

Lauretta from Location Location was really brilliant when working on my house purchase. She made everything as simple as possible, helped the sale and purchase move along as quickly as possible and answered any questions I had. She was always quick to reply and great at communication. What could have been a stressful first buying process was made a lot easier thanks to this. Would definitely recommend.

What a positive letting experience! David and Anjali were responsive and professional. They were also very friendly, which is not always typical of the letting experience. I am delighted to have moved in within seven working days of making an offer to let. Location Location has good processes (viewing, offer, referencing, right-to-rent check, a thorough professional clean, keys handover) and even arranged a welcome box of treats on my arrival. Whilst my experience is as a new tenant/with the lettings team, I would think this professionalism crosses over to Location Location's sales team too. Very chuffed with my new home, thanks!

Adam was incredibly helpful and patient. He gave me much needed advice when sorting out a lease in an unusual and slightly tricky situation. I will definitely work with Location Location again

I am amazed at how quick yet thorough this business is... I appreciate how well the communication was between myself and Maya, she truly was a star in helping me secure my first ever apartment! And bless her I thought I was bothering her the amount of times I've called and texted even after office hours. Maya was always polite helpful and easy to talk, felt like it was a friend I was talking to by the end of it. Give that woman a raise she's too good for this company haha! Thanks again! 🥲* it's happy tears I promise*

It was a absolute pleasure working with location location from the very first viewing right up until the sale was complete. Anna and Amanda worked very hard for me and really helped push the sale through, it was all completed well within the time I expected. They both went out of their way to assist with the extra viewings I asked for and any information I needed. It was a very warm and fun experience that kicked off the start to my time in my new flat which I absolutely love. I will always be grateful. I couldn’t recommend location location enough. Yours Sincerely Chris

Absolutely amazing, super friendly, efficient, professional and fun team! After looking for a house to buy for months, the moment we got in touch with Anna and Pantelis at Location Location, they understood exactly what we were after, and every viewing we went to was exactly what we were looking for. Not surprisingly, we bought our first home through them! After the offer went through they were there for every question, and even went as far as arranging a very special treat for both my girlfriend and I on the day we moved in. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My husband and I had previously tried to sell our flat using purple bricks but soon realised it wasn't really working for us, sitting back and waiting for people to find our property online wasn't a way to generate interest. We asked a few agencies to come and value our property and were really impressed with Anna's enthusiasm, honesty and positivity and so made a call to use Location Location. Selling during a pandemic is a tricky business but Anna was really impressive and found a buyer only a month after we had gone live with the company. Previously we had been flirting with market for four months so this really batted it out of the park! Our sale went through in a couple of months and the team supported and communicated throughout. Amanda was especially proactive in keeping communications across the board progressing and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this agency and my only regret is that we didn't use them sooner.

Hannah from Location Location has been amazing at guiding us through the stressful but exciting process of buying our home. From the first time we met her for a viewing to the day she gave us our keys, we always felt confident that she would find us our home. Thank you for your patience, friendliness and professionalism!

Location Location has done an outstanding job when I recently bought a flat in Stoke Newington and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. In comparison to other estate agencies, they have an empathetic approach, where I never felt rushed. Pantelis and Amanda supported me during the purchase. The service provided from both was absolutely outstanding. Pantelis was patient and personable during the viewing, took time to go over my questions. Amanda has been an absolute star ensuring that during the whole transaction I was well informed, actions were pushed forward and ensuring that the initially agreed timelines were kept. All of this with a very friendly approach. Just all around great.
