Location Location - Stoke Newington

Had a really great experience, the staff were incredibly professional and helpful with really prompt replies. Can fully recommend!

I cannot recommend this agent highly enough. They provided exceptional service from start to finish. Hannah offered excellent advice regarding the marketing of our property and it subsequently sold within 10 days. The sale was then passed on to Amanda, a progressor who got the sale through within the busy June stamp duty holiday deadline. Our solicitor advised us that had it not been for Amanda the sale probably wouldn't have gone through at all. She also commented that Amanda has been the best progressor she has ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

We would very much recommend using Location Location, we had a seamless move into our new apartment. They were always available and very accommodating. They even made sure there was space directly outside the building for our removal truck.

Great quality service from Maya. Enthusiastic, down to earth and communicative. A first for me in London!

Pantelis and Lauretta were both excellent in the sale and completion of our Dalston flat. Well recommended

Kristina was so friendly and well informed about the property!

Location Location have been very helpful, straightforward and professional from the start. From the valuation and the viewing process to the offer stage, Peter and Anna were both very personal and efficient. But we wanted to especially thank Amanda, who throughout a very challenging and to say the least stressful 5 months, offered a fantastic support to take us to the exchange stage. During this time she not only was present at every stage, but was forthcoming with frequent updates, offered plenty of useful advice, was a brilliant (and patient) negotiator, diffused several stressful conversations and made us feel valued as clients and well looked after. For that alone, we couldn’t recommend LL enough!

Amanda and Anna were brilliant to deal with throughout the process of selling our flat. Anna took the time to really understand our circumstances and always kept us up to speed with interested buyers. She is very professional and approachable. Amanda managed our sale and was always on hand to answer any questions and ensured that everything kept moving. Thanks to both Anna and Amanda for all of their hard work. We would recommend Location Location.

I worked with Kristina and David in renting a new flat. They were able to work around the fact we weren’t in London when we were searching really well. They sped things up to accommodate our really short timeline and we had a welcome box on arrival. We also love the place. Really great service, thanks!

Such a smooth process when buying our first home! Professional, efficient and personable from day one. No concern is too small with these guys. Amanda and Hannah were directly available for all our queries and accommodated all of our requests. Anyone having gone through the process of buying their first home can appreciate how important this is :) Couldn't recommend more!
