He was head and shoulders above other property agents we encountered because he was honest, intelligent, matter-of-fact, pro-active, dependable, positive/can-do and humorous (whilst clearly taking his role very seriously and giving off an aura of professionalism). A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. I was really impressed with the level of detail and their general sales strategy, which was (crucially) meaningful and effective. My flat sold fairly swiftly due to the realistic pricing strategy. And from then on it was pretty much plain sailing. The whole team at LL were incredible - Peter, Hannah, Anna, Tim and Lauretta at the final stage. I could call up and speak with any one of my contacts and know that they would know the details and deal with my query super fast. They were always in contact when they said they would be and I felt that nothing was too small to trouble them with.
